Living Our Values Every Day

At Kingsway Primary School, equity is how we live our values.

We believe that fairness means every child receives what they need to succeed, not that every child is treated the same. Children arrive at school with different strengths, experiences and starting points, and our responsibility is to respond to this diversity with care, ambition and respect.

Our commitment to equity is rooted in our core values:

Equity at Kingsway is woven through our curriculum, behaviour and attendance approaches, safeguarding culture, inclusion model and partnerships with families. It underpins how we support disadvantaged pupils, pupils with SEND, pupils with English as an additional language, and any child who may face barriers at any point in their learning journey.
