Geography helps our children make sense of the world — from their local area to distant places across the globe. Through engaging, book-led learning, pupils explore environments, cultures, and global issues, developing curiosity and respect for the world around them.
We care about togetherness by understanding how people and places are connected. We thrive on difference by celebrating the diversity of cultures, landscapes, and ways of life across our planet.
Children build their knowledge over time, reflecting on what they know and what they have learned, showing how we are inspired to grow as global citizens. With key vocabulary, maps, and enquiry-based learning, pupils develop confidence in understanding and explaining the world.
Our aim is to nurture children who are thoughtful, curious, and passionate about learning, with a strong sense of their place in the world and their role within it.
